Three steps to arrange outside care
Choose the service with your clinician. Ask ECMOS Prolific whether a referral, lab order, or exercise assessment is appropriate.
Confirm with the receiving office and insurer. Ask about outside referrals, age eligibility, the exact location, network status, authorization, wait time, and expected costs.
Coordinate the handoff. Ask ECMOS Prolific and the receiving office how to send the necessary order and records securely, and how results or consultation notes will return to your treating clinician.
