Is this a weight-loss program or a single consultation?
Services include nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral counseling; evaluation for medication treatment and monitoring when clinically appropriate; and video consultations. Treatment is individualized. A prescription is not guaranteed, and some needs require in-person assessment or referral. Start with registration and appointment information ↗
Is weight management only about diet and exercise?
No. Obesity is a chronic condition influenced by several factors. Nutrition, movement, sleep, behavior, and medical treatments may all play a role. Your clinical assessment helps guide the approach.
Can I discuss GLP-1 medications?
Yes—you can discuss whether GLP-1–based treatment or another medication may be suitable. Your clinician reviews eligibility, safety, medical history, and alternatives. Prescriptions and specific medications are not guaranteed.
How much weight will I lose?
Results vary. Your clinician can help you discuss realistic goals based on your health and treatment approach. We do not promise a specific amount or speed of weight loss.
Can all of my care happen online?
Consultations are by video, but measurements, laboratory testing, or an in-person examination may be recommended. Telehealth is not appropriate for every concern. Confirm location and age eligibility before booking.
How do I know my appointment or referral is arranged?
Check your Carepatron appointment details and confirmation instructions. Forms or emails alone do not book a visit. An outside referral requires a separate order when appropriate and confirmation with the receiving office. Follow the care journey and referral steps ↗
How do I contact the practice between visits?
For clinical questions, use the method agreed with your clinician. For scheduling, callbacks or referral coordination, use Contact & callback options. The automated guide does not send messages. For emergencies call 911.
What are the fees and insurance options?
12-month introductory self-pay professional consultation fees, where permitted: $75 for an initial assessment and $50 for a follow-up consultation. Available for eligible visits occurring October 19, 2026 through October 18, 2027. Outside this promotional period, standard professional fees are $150 initial and $100 follow-up. Fees cover professional consultation only; medications, laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, specialist consultations, and other outside services are additional. These are per-visit fees, not insurance copayments or a subscription. Confirm eligibility and payment arrangements before booking. If insurance is used, patient responsibility follows the applicable payer contract and program rules.
Insurance network participation has not been verified on this website. Contact the practice and your insurer to confirm whether your clinician and visit are in network, whether authorization is needed, and your expected responsibility. No insurer acceptance or reimbursement is guaranteed.
